Navigating Stash Hub
Home / Record List Page
Let’s get started with Stash Hub! Here’s a quick guide on how to get around and what some of the buttons do.

- Main Menu – Access Settings, other record types and more Stash Hub features
- Quick Filter – A quick filter on the status of the record (e.g. Fabrics have ‘Unused’ and ‘Used’). Saved Filters will also appear in this list. See which statuses are included in each quick filter by checking the grey writing under each option.
- Record – Each Fabric, Pattern or Notion is stored as a record. Tap on the thumbnail to open the record to view and edit the details.
- Record Status – The Record Status shows whether a fabric has been used or a pattern has been made. This is displayed on the record list page so you can see it at a glance. Filters can be used to narrow down the view.
- Filter – Access advanced filter options to view Records with your desired set of criteria. This feature is only available to Stash Hub Plus subscribers.
- Search – Text search the name and other properties of a record. More info here.
- Record Count – Record Count is displayed at the top of the record list page and indicates the total number of records available in this view. It can be useful for seeing how many options are available when different filters or searches are applied.
- Sort – Order the records by different properties (e.g. name, date added)
- Project Indicator – Shows whether records have an associated project. The colour of the project indicator relates to the status of the project: Green is 'complete', Orange is 'in progress' and pink is 'planning'.
- Add new record – Opens to show options for adding a new record. Not all records support all options:
- Add new – Creates a new blank record.
- Bulk add – Takes you to the bulk add screen where you can add multiple new records at once.
- Magic Input – Add a record from a URL. More info here.
- Bulk Edit – Edit multiple records at the same time.
Record Details Page

When you create a new record it will open in edit mode. In edit mode you can click into fields to enter information. When you're done click "Save". If you've made edits you're not happy with you can always cancel and the changes will revert to what they were before. To add images you need to be in edit mode.
In view mode you can edit individual fields by clicking on them or press and hold on a field to copy the contents.
In either mode you can change the status by clicking on the drop down under the title. You can also open the menu by clicking the 3 dots in the top right. This is where you can duplicate or delete records. Some specific records have other actions (e.g. Projects have a "Share" option).
